1. Manage orders on website

On the seller dashboard, go to “Orders” section on the left navigation bar.

-Order Pending

Orders that need you to quote shipping costs to the buyer.

-Awaiting Shipment

Orders that are already paid by the buyer, and need you to update shiping information once you ship out the package. You can do partial shipment as well.

-Order Complete

All the shipped orders, cancelled orders, or partially shipped orders will be shown in this list.

You could cancel the order, but please provide a cancellation reason to the buyer accordingly to avoid negative reviews.

2. Manage orders on Peppaca Seller App

Go to “Orders” section from the dock bar on the bottom. There are Pending Orders, Awaiting Shipment and Finished orders.

-Order Pending

-Awaiting Shipment Orders

Orders that are already paid by the buyer, and need you to update shipping information once you ship out the package.

-Finished Orders

All the shipped orders, cancelled orders, or partially shipped orders will be shown in this list.

3. Shipping

When you list items, deselect free shipping. Once the buyer places an order, they will not pay for it until you quote the shipping. There will be various ETD (estimated time of delivery) you can quote for different shipping time frames. The buyer will select one of them, and make a payment accordingly.

If you select free shipping when listing items, then you need to add the shipping cost to the price of this item. The buyer will make a payment directly after placing the order, without selecting any shipping costs quoted by you.

For domestic orders, you can use your local carriers. For international orders, you can use forwarding companies, or international carriers.

Feel free to check the shipping cost for UPS, FEDEX, DHL, and other shipping companies. shipstation.com and stamps.com provide affordable shipping rates, eg. our sellers from South Korea ship packages to customers in the US for a price of only $10 per pound.

If you prefer to only sell in your country, no worries, you can put “Domestic only” in the description and we will add this function in the next version as well.
