Everything you need to start selling your handmade work on Peppaca — and reach buyers around the world.

1. 1

   Create your account & shop

   Sign up, verify your email, then set up your shop: shop name, story, logo/banner, and your ship-from country and address. Your story helps buyers connect with the person behind the work.

2. 2

   Connect PayPal to get paid

   Add your PayPal email so buyers pay you directly at checkout. Your money arrives right away — Peppaca doesn’t hold your funds.

   List your products

   Add clear photos, a title, and a description. Set options like color or size, and choose whether each item is in stock or made-to-order (with a lead time).

   Write your listing in your own language — Peppaca auto-translates it so buyers in other countries see it in theirs.

   Set domestic & international prices

   Set a price in your local currency for domestic buyers and a USD price for international buyers. Each shopper automatically sees the right one.

5. 5

   Handle shipping

   For items that ship for a fee, you quote shipping options per order once you see the buyer’s address — so you’re never out of pocket on postage. Or include shipping in the price for instant checkout.

6. 6

   Fulfill orders

   When an order comes in, mark it in production, then shipped — add a tracking number when you have one. Keep buyers informed and you’ll earn great reviews.

7. 7

   Grow your shop

   Collect reviews, gain followers, and keep listing. Buyers who follow you see your new work first.

💰 Fees

Peppaca charges a simple 5% referral fee on the item subtotal plus shipping of completed orders (tax excluded) — no listing fees and no monthly fees. The fee is invoiced to you monthly. Payment processing fees from PayPal are separate and set by PayPal.
