Shipping & Returns
Each item on Peppaca is shipped by the individual maker who made it, so some details are set per shop. Here’s how shipping and returns generally work.
📦 Shipping
Maker-quoted shipping. For items that ship for a fee, the maker quotes shipping options for your specific address after you place the order. You review the options and pick one before you pay — so you only ever pay accurate, real shipping.
Free / included shipping. Some items include shipping in the price; those are payable immediately at checkout, with no separate shipping step.
Domestic & international.Makers can ship within their own country and abroad. Prices are shown in your local currency (domestic) or USD (international). Cross-border orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking & production time. Made-to-order items show a lead time before they ship. Once shipped, makers add a tracking number where available, which you can see on your order.
↩️ Returns & refunds
Because items are handmade and shipped by independent makers, return policies are set by each shop. You can see a shop’s policy on its storefront before buying.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact the maker through your order first — most makers will make it right. If you can’t reach a resolution, contact us at support@peppaca.com and we’ll help.
Custom and made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for return — please check the shop’s policy and message the maker with any questions before ordering.
